"I ARRIVED THERE @1:00 A.M. AND THEY GAVE MY ROOM AWAY TO SOMEONE ELSE AND ASSIGNED ME A CRUMMY SMELLY ROOM WITH A LUMPY BED!! ONLY GOT 2 HOURS SLEEP FRIDAY NIGHT. HAD COMMUNICATED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY NEXT MORNING AND THEY ASSIGNED ME AND MY HUSBAND TO ANOTHER WHICH WAS VERY SATISFACTORY HOWEVER, NOT TOO QUIET. ONLY RECEIVED A DISCOUNT OF $35.00 FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND WHEN I PAID $169.00 FOR TWO NIGHTS."
